• The NUS Turnitin Administrator does not know nor has access to individual account information in Turnitin.

As your last name is system-assigned, your actual last name likely does not tally with the last name in your Turnitin account.

Try the following as your last name, in this order:

• Go to the Turnitin login page.

• Click the Forgot your password link. (See note below regarding last name.)

• If the email

  matches the details that Turnitin has on record, you will be sent an email with further instructions on resetting
