Click the (1) folders drop-down list. If your instructor has provided the video submission folder name, search for the folder. Otherwise, (2) navigate to Canvas Courses, look for your course name, and the video assignment folder. By default it will be appended with [assignments] as in the screenshot, but your instructor may have renamed it. If in doubt, ask your instructor.
Click the (1) Upload tab, then (2) drag-and-drop your video on the video submission area. Alternatively, click Choose video or audio files, then navigate to the video on your computer to upload it.

You will see your video embedded in the Rich Content Editor. If the video has processed, you can click play to check the video.
Once ready, click Submit assignment.
