If your course does not appear on the all Courses list (Courses > All courses), please :

  1. Please note that your course does not appear immediately after you see it in CourseReg.

First it has to be synced to EduRec, which Canvas then syncs with.

Please check your Academic Records in EduRec.

  1. If you do not see your course, please wait for it to be synced from CourseReg.
  2. If your course is listed in EduRec, please wait for it be be synced to Canvas, which should be by the next morningEnrolled courses from CourseReg will only be uploaded to EduRec at the end of each CourseReg round during the course allocation process.
  3. Check whether your course appears in EduRec (not CourseReg). Navigation: myEduRec > Academics > Academic Records).
  4. Once courses appear in EduRec Academic Records, they will be synced to Canvas the next morning.
    1. If your course does not appear in Canvas the next morning, please go through steps 1 and 2.
    2. If your course does not appear in Canvas for more than two days after appearing in EduRec Academic Records, please send a help request.

For past courses

Past courses may not appear to you on your all Courses list (Courses > All courses), as the visibility of the courses are determined by the teaching staff of each course.
