- Please follow these steps to determine the reason that you cannot see the course on your Dashboard and the respective reason/resolution.

- Please note that the course does not appear immediately after you see it in CourseReg.
- Enrolled courses from CourseReg will only be uploaded to EduRec at the end of each CourseReg round during the course allocation process.
- Check whether the course appears in EduRec (not CourseReg). Navigation: myEduRec > Academics > Academic Records.
- Once the course appear in EduRec Academic Records, it will be synced to Canvas the next morning.
- If the course does not appear in Canvas the next morning, please go through steps 1 to 3. If the course appears in EduRec Academic Records, it will be synced to Canvas the next morning.
- If the course does not appear in Canvas for more than two days after appearing in EduRec Academic Records, please send a help request. If you have already sent a help request, please update the ticket.
