Hybrid System Control Panel
Select “PC” if using Pc for Zoom session.
Select “LAPTOP” if using laptop for Zoom session. (Note : Connect the USB cable to your laptop)
Select “MUTE” to mute ceiling microphones.
Select “UNMUTE” to unmute ceiling microphones. (Note : The ceiling microphones will lighted Green when is ON and lighted Red when is OFF.)
Zoom Audio Setting
(Note: Recommended Zoom participants always mute the microphone. Only unmute when necessary.
PTZ Camera Remote
Allows for camera angle adjustment and also able to switch between 3 preset angles.
Zoom Video Setting
- Go to Video Settings.
- Set” Camera” to PTZ Pro 2.
- Check ”HD”.
- Set “Adjust for low light” to Auto.
(Note: Use the PTZ camera remote on the desk to select different view angle presets.)
Zoom Audio Setting
- Go to Audio Settings.
- Set “Speaker” to Speakers.
- Set “Microphone” to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone.
- Uncheck “Automatically adjust microphone volume” and drag microphone volume slider to 80%.
- Set “Suppress background noise” to Medium.
(Note: Recommended Zoom participants always mute the microphone. Only unmute when necessary.
