1.  Students To read this module, you must have been either exempted from the Qualifying English Test (QET) or obtained Band 3 in the QET. You may check if you are exempted HERE.

2. Students who are required to take ES1000 Foundation Academic English and/or ES1103 English for Academic Purposes after taking the QET must pass the modules before they you are allowed to read this module. 2. This module code is meant for students from Cohort 2019/20 onwards.

EG2401A has ES2531 as a 1. Students must read and pass ES2531 before you are allowed to read EG2401A.

2. Students who read an alternative module in lieu of ES2531 (i.e. those from Computer Engineering, USP, UTCP, RVRC or some DDP students) will have their respective writing/communication module counted as an equivalent pre-requisite.
