Sharing videos in IVLE (for students)
Students who have used Ink2Go to record screencasts can share them in IVLE.
You can place the videos as Weblinks in Multimedia Bank and then share the Multimedia Bank folder with your friends.
Create a IVLE shared Multimedia Bank folder
- Login to IVLE.
- Select Resource Banks --> Multimedia Bank.
- Click on Create Folder.
- Name your folder title and click Apply.
- Click on the Not Shared link at the Folder Status column of your Multimedia folder.
- Key in the Student's User ID of your friend and click Add Student.
- Repeat the previous step if necessary.
...
- Login to IVLE.
- Select Resource Banks --> Multimedia Bank.
- Click on Media on the left.
- Ensure that the Multimedia Bank Folder in the dropbox is your intended folder.
- Click on Upload.
- Select the following options:
- Media Option: Weblink (Audio, MindMap, Image, Video, Others)
- Media Type: Video
- Key in your Media Title and Media Description.
- Place the video url in Media URL.
- Click Apply.
