    Do not proceed. It could be due to one of the following reasons:
    1. You are accessing Coursera site directly and not as part of your organization’s learning program. Please click on the toggle on the top left corner of your account. If it says “My Coursera” it means you are on the non-enterprise platform. It should show a small NUS logo.
    2. The course is not a part of the Coursera Partner Consortium offering.

  2. I already have a Coursera account with a non-NUS email address. Can I access the courses and Specializations from participating partners using my non-NUS email address?
    No. Only NUS email address will be accepted for enrollment into the programme. When you create a Coursera account using NUS email address, it will ask if you want to include your existing personal account.

  1. I am not sure how to use the Coursera platform. Where can I find help?
    Explore the courses available once you have joined the program. Read on About the Course and the Syllabus, whether it is Project Based, and the Requirements or Pre-requisites.
    Check if the course is sponsored by NUS before you enroll in it. The course will guide you through the content and relevant deadlines (if any). Most courses will be video based with supporting learning activities. Some will have a virtual desktop for a follow along instruction.     After joining this program, we encourage you to add your personal email addresses to your account so that you can continue accessing your certificates after you graduate.
