When you insert a Poll Everywhere activity in PowerPoint, Poll Everywhere will insert a slide and in that slide there are notes that cannot be deleted. Deleting the notes will result in the following error during presentation:  So on such cases, users should remove all the Poll Everywhere slides whose notes had been deleted and re-insert the activities. Remind users that they cannot delete whatever notes that Poll Everywhere has. They can add on notes, but they cannot delete. |

Sometime some users may have their computer's display setting not in the recommended scale. This may cause their Poll Everywhere slide in PowerPoint to be displayed incorrectly. On such cases, please ask them to set the display setting in their computer to be at the recommended scale. Importing non-NUS participants - You only need to import participants if you need to track them, i.e. you want to know which participant answers questions that are restricted to registered participants only AND they are not NUS users. Please note: merely importing participants do not give them access to your restricted question if the participants do not follow up with the instructions that come to their mail regarding creating Poll Everywhere account.
