EE2211 Introduction to Machine Learning

EE2211 has the following pre-requisites: CS1010E and (MA1511 or MA1505) and (MA1508E or MA1513 or CE2407). Advisory: MSE students will self-study calculus while EVE students will self-study linear algebra.

IE2141 Systems Thinking and Dynamics
IE2141 consists of lectures, tutorials and lab sessions. The tutorials and labs have to be "bundled", meaning if you take the T01 tutorial, you will also have to take the B01 lab slot.

- CHE, CVE (except Poly), EVE, EEE, E Scholars
- Exception: students who have read a Junior Seminar in Residential College 4

IE2141 is precluded from Residential College 4 Junior Seminars (UTC1702x). Effective from the AY2019/20 cohort onwards, students who have read a RC4 Junior Seminar (UTC1702x) will be exempted from the IE2141 graduation requirement. You will be required to take an additional 4 MCs of UEM in place of IE2141 to meet the minimum number of MCs required for graduation. | ||||||

ES2531 Critical Thinking & Writing
ES2531 is the module code applicable for students from Cohort 2019/20 onwards. Students are advised encouraged to read this module in their early semestersaccordance with the recommended semester schedule, as it is needed as a pre-requisite for EG2401A Engineering Professionalism.

EG2401A Engineering Professionalism
Students should read this module before or during the semester on internship. Students reading it during the semester on internship will be pre-allocated lecture and tutorial timeslots in the evenings.

Round 1 is reserved for students who are scheduled to read ES2531 it in AY2020/21 Semester 1 (refer to your Department's recommended schedule). Round 2 onwardsis open to all Year 3 & 4 Engineering students. Round 3 is open to all Year 2, 3 & 4 Engineering students. Students reading the module during your internship You will be asked before the start of the semester to indicate your preferred evening timeslot. It will be pre-allocated to you on a first-come-first serve basis. |
