Existing Coursera User who do not have a friendly NUS Email address

Steps:

1. Logout of coursera.org
2. Go to coursera.org and click on “Login”
3. Choose “Login with your organization”
4. Enter NUS domain (Type in nus.edu.sg)
5. You will be redirected to your SSO (enter your details if not already logged in on browser)
6. You will be redirected back to Coursera screen
7. Relink your account (to NUS SSO)
8. Enter your existing Coursera Password
9. You will enter the program and continue doing the courses you have enrolled into
10. Have fun learning with Coursera
11. For future login, use Login with organization. Type in nus.edu.sg

Coursera user who have not joined the NUS Learning Program

Steps:

1. Learner receives an invitation email to Join the NUS Learning Program on Coursera
2. Learner clicks on the “Join Now” button on the invitation email
3. Learner is redirected to the Learning Program (assumption Learner is not already logged into coursera.org)
4. Learner clicks on “Join for free” to join the program
5. Learner chooses ‘Login with NUS”
6. Learner will be redirected to SSO Login Page of NUS.
7. Learner login with NUS ID and password.
8. After the SSO login, learner will be redirected back to the NUS Learning Program on Coursera
9. The leaner sees the screen “Welcome to Coursera” with two options -
   1. I am a new Coursera User - If you choose this option you will be asked to create a recovery password and will then join the program to begin learning
   2. I am existing Coursera User - If you choose this option you will be asked to enter the email address and password of your existing Coursera account to merge both your personal and official account

Login using SSO for an Existing Coursera User who does not have a friendly NUS Email address

9. Enter your existing Coursera Password
10. You will enter the program and continue doing the courses you have enrolled into

Login using SSO for an Existing Coursera User with friendly NUS Email address and only one Coursera account using the NUS official Email Address

Steps

1. Logout of coursera.org
2. Go to coursera.org and click on “Login”
3. Choose “Login with your organization”
4. Enter your NUS domain (Type in nus.edu.sg)
5. You will be redirected to your SSO (enter your details if not already logged in on browser)
6. You will be redirected back to Coursera screen
7. Relinking your account (to NUS SSO) Step 8: Enter your existing Coursera Password
8. You will enter the program and continue doing the courses you have enrolled into

Login using SSO for an Existing Coursera User with NUS Email address, and having two Coursera account using both the NUS official and NUS friendly Email Address

Stage 1: Delete account with NUS Friendly Email address.

Steps:

1. Go to coursera.org and click on “Login”
2. Login with your friendly email address
3. SVerify there are no completed certificates and paid courses.
4. Click on profile image on top right
5. Click Settings
6. Click Delete Account
7. Inform us via this form, that you have deleted your Coursera account with friendly email address.

Stage 2: Sign in with SSO after 12 Jun 2021

Steps: 

If you still have issues Login with your organization

Use existing email address and password.

Steps

1. Sign in with email address and password as previous arrangement
2. Go to coursera.org and click on “Login”Choose “Login with your organization”
3. Enter your NUS domain (Type in nus.edu.sg)
4. You will be redirected to your SSO (enter your details if not already logged in on browser)
5. You will be redirected back to Coursera screen
6. Relinking your account (to NUS SSO)
7. Enter your existing Coursera Password
8. You will enter the program and continue doing the courses you have enrolled intoType in email address of current account
9. Type in current password
10. If you use Forget Password, and do not receive the Reset Password email, check the Junk folder
