If you encounter any of the following:
cannot access the Turnitin assignment,
an error when trying to access the Turnitin assignment,
an error message when trying to upload a paper, or
upload hangs while submitting a paper,
Then take the following steps:
Take a screenshot of the issue to document it, especially if the submission is for a test or exam. Make sure your computer date and time can be seen clearly.
Clear your web browser's cookies and cache (all time or all history)

The methods for clearing cookies and cache vary, depending on your operating system (Mac, Windows), web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge, others) and web browser version. As there are numerous permutations, the best way to find out how to do this is to search online for instruction on clearing cookies and cache specific to your web browser.If that does not work:
try another web browser, if not
follow step 2 for all the browsers you have tried, restart the computer, then launch the browser and try again.
