TA's assist the Instructors right from the course content preparation stage until the end of the course.
TA's are considered as second instructors who attends all sessions to help filter participant questions & also monitor forum discussions.
Preparing Course Content:
• Assist the instructor with the preparation of in-video quizzes and assessments
• Adapting the quiz questions, homework's and other assessments into an appropriate online format
• Checking for accessibility issues
Just before course starts:
• Setting up class logistics, such as customizing the navigation bar, etc.
• Checking the session site for errors and inconsistencies (quality assurance)
• Previewing lecture videos and assessments before they go live
While a course is running:
• Monitoring the online Q&A forum
• Handling regular announcements and emails to the students
