Instructors should check for other causes of access issues.
If you encounter any of the following:
- cannot access the Turnitin submission folder,
- an error when trying to access the Turnitin submission folder,
an error message when trying to upload a paper, or
upload hangs while submitting a paper,
Then take the following steps:
Take a screenshot of the issue to document it, especially if the submission is for a test or exam. Make sure your computer date and time can be seen clearly.
Clear your web browser's cookies and cache (all time or all history), restart the web browser, then try again.
- If that does not work, try another web browser.
- If the first two steps do not work, please send a support request to Turnitin.
