In some circumstances, you may not be able to view the Upload and Review button, nor scroll down to see it, after selecting your file.

Right click on a blank space in the Turnitin Assignment Dashboard.
Click View Frame Source.
In the new tab or window, copy the entire URL, starting with https://api.turnitin.com/...
(Deleting view-source: will not work.)
Firefox
Right click on a blank space in the Turnitin Assignment Dashboard.
Mouseover This Frame. Click Show Only This Frame.
Continue with your submission.
Safari
Right click on a blank space in the Turnitin Assignment Dashboard.
Mouseover This Frame. Click Open Frame in New Tab.
