There are several possibilities:
- Your Feedback Release Date is set before the Start/Opening Date.
You receive an error similar to:
Turnitin assignment could not be created.
Sorry, we could not process your request.
date_post - post date must be after start date
You can rectify this by editing the Folder Opens date in LumiNUS or the Available from date in Canvas to an earlier date. - Check the Permissions setting in the folder's settings in LumiNUS Files or check the Assign to setting in the Canvas assignment settings.
- If you are using PeerMark, your Feedback Release Date for the PeerMark assignment is before the Feedback Release Release Date of the assignment folder.
You can rectify this by editing the Feedback Release Date of the assignment to just after normal submission closes.
