Select Hybrid” Mode If There Is A Zoom Or Recording Session.


After Startup, Go To “USB Settings” On The Touch Panel.

Select “Desktop” If You Are Using PC For Zoom Or Recording.

Select “Laptop” If You Are Using Laptop For Zoom or Recording.

             (Note : Need To Connect The USB Cable To Your Laptop)

 

For Recording Using Zoom/Panopto

1) Select “AVer MT300N” for Microphone.

2) Select “Extron HDMI” for Speaker.

3) Select “AVer MT300N” for Camera.

Presentation Mode

                

Press "START" And Select "Presentation" Mode.

1) To Select Source And Assign To Projector, TV or Both.

2) To Turn On/Off TV. To Turn On/Off Projector Or Mute Projector. To Control UP/Down Projector Screen.

3) To Adjust Mic Volume. (Pendant Mic Volume Can Be Adjusted By The Up/Down Arrow Button On It.

4) To Switch Between "Presentation" And "Hybrid" Mode. 

5) To Adjust PC/Laptop Volume.

6) To Shut Down System After UseSystem On – To Turn On the AV system.


Zoom Setting

Zoom Video Setting

  • Go to Video Settings.
  • Set ”Camera” to Logitech Screen Share.
  • Check ”HD”.

Zoom Audio Setting

  • Go to Audio Settings.
  • Set “Speaker” to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone.
  • Set “Microphone” to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone.

For Laptop User

  • Connect HDMI and USB cable to your laptop for projection and recording.
  • Select Laptop on the touch screen for projection.

To Use As WhiteBoard

1) Press the icon on the TV display.

2) Select WhiteBoard. 


NOTE: To go back to Powerpoint Presentation, REPEAT Step 1 and then select HDMI 1.

Lecturer / Audience Camera

Camera will Auto switch between Lecturer and Audience view.

Lecturer camera will Auto track lecturer when they move.

Turn off Auto tracking for Lecturer Camera if you want a fixed wide angle view.
