Click Lost your password

4. Enter your NUS email address (e.g. e0123456@u.nus.edu or citabc@nus.edu.sg). Click Get New Password.
(If there is no such NUS email address, try your friendly-mail alias, if you have one.)

Enter username or email

5. You will receive an email stating your username, and a confirmation link to reset the password. Click the confirmation link.

  • Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive these emails.
  • Please check the spam/junk mail folder of your NUS email account or the account that you forward your NUS email to for these emails. Sometimes, they are marked incorrectly as spam/junk mail.

6. The password reset window will load with an automatically generated password.

Automatically generated password

7. You can choose to use the automatically-generated password.

8. If you want to use another password, click in the New password text box, delete the automatically-generated password and input one of your choice.
