How to access CDMS as a 'Course Coordinator'?

Dept admin colleagues do not have ready-access to CDMS. Please submit a request.

Scenario 1: I am enrolled in a Canvas course as a ‘Course Coordinator’ but I am unable to access CDMS even though I am teaching the course. I receive an ‘Access denied’ message.

Scenario 2: I am a Course Coordinator but not a teaching staff member. Although I am already enrolled in several Canvas courses, I am unable to access CDMS. I also need access to CDMS for other courses belonging to my department but I received an ‘Access denied’ message.

Solution for Scenario 1: Officially tag in TSWMS as ‘Teacher’ or ‘Course Coordinator’ accordingly. Manual enrolment directly via the Canvas course will not work; use the centralised tagging method.

‘Teacher’ and ‘Course Coordinator’ who are manually enrolled via Canvas '+ People' will not have access to CDMS.

Solution for Scenario 2: Course Coordinators who require blanket access to all courses under your respective department or faculty without being individually tagged in TSWMS to each course, may submit the request form.
