Why I can update in CDMS for Course ABC1001 but not DEF7890, HIJ4567 etc.?

For information that comes from CMS, please make updates in CMS. CDMS gets its data from CMS. (Please check with your department whether you need approval for any changes in CMS).

Updating Sources:

Instructor Controlled: You can update directly within CDMS (except the 'Final Exam' component which still needs to be updated through CMS).

Faculty Controlled or University Controlled: You can't update directly within CDMS. Go back to CMS to make updates.

You can update these in all course control types - Teaching Mode, AI / TEL Tools, Course Trailer URL.
