I am enrolled as a Teacher in Canvas but I cannot access CDMS?

Teaching faculty have automatic access to CDMS, as long as you are officially tagged in TSWMS.

Context: I am enrolled as a Teacher in the Canvas course but when I click on CDMS, an error message appears.

Solution: Please ensure that you are officially and correctly tagged in TSWMS. Manual enrolment in Canvas will not grant you access to CDMS.

Caution: CDMS administrators are unable to add users manually to CDMS. Access is granted solely based on TSWMS tagging.
