Can I send my meeting invitation and password separately?

Can I send my meeting invitation and password separately?

By default, all Meeting passcode will be encrypted and included in the invite link to allow participants to join with just one click without having to enter the passcode.

You can however choose to send the meeting ID/URL and passcode separately. A few possible options are:

1) Provide link without encrypted passcode. No one-click join link.

Simple remove everything after the "?" from the One-click join Invite Link: https://nus-sg.zoom.us/j/1234567890?pwd=PODUkjkOJFOHhsjhbigfskjbkkPIHS

You can then share the Invite Link without the encrypted passcode: https://nus-sg.zoom.us/j/1234567890.

And send the passcode separately.

2) No join links. Only share the meeting ID and passcode.

Inform users to to go to http://zoom.us or click Join on Zoom Client/App.

Provide them with the Meeting ID.

And send the passcode separately.

3) Disable one-click join on your account.

If you'd like to disable one-click join for all future meetings you schedule, you can set it under your account settings.

Go to :https://nus-sg.zoom.us/profile/setting

Disable Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join

All future invitation link will not be one-click join. It will be in the format:  https://nus-sg.zoom.us/j/1234567890
