I need help joining a Zoom Meeting/Webinar which requires NUS Zoom Sign In.
Some Zoom meeting and webinar may be set to "Only Authenticated Users can Join".
This is to restrict the session to only NUS Staff and Students.
If you received an error message when trying to sign in, do the following:
If you are provided with the join meeting link:
Open your web browser and go to https://nus-sg.zoom.us
Click on Sign In.
It will now prompt you to login with you NUS-ID And password.
If it fails, try a different browser or incognito/private browser mode.
Copy paste the link to join the meeting to this browser.
The browser will prompt you to Launch the Zoom App.
If you are provided with the meeting ID and passcode:
Open your Zoom desktop client or mobile app.
Click on Sign in with SSO.
It will now prompt you to login with you NUS-ID And password on a browser.
If it fails, try a different browser or incognito/private browser mode.
Click Join on the Zoom desktop client or mobile app.
Type in the meeting ID. Followed by the meeting passcode.
