The Application's Service is Unavailable - Windows

Some Windows users may encounter this error when trying to run Examplify.

To fix the problem, follow the below steps:

  1. Disable anti-virus software in your laptop and Add exclusion (Anti-virus).

  2. Run the Examplify installation file again.

  3. When you see the following screen, select Repair.

           


  4. If the maintenance is successful, continue to step 5. Otherwise write to citbox25@nus.edu.sg to make an appointment with us for further troubleshooting at our office. 

  5. Create an exclusion within your anti-virus software for the specific path C:\Program Files (x86)\Examsoft (include subfolders).



  6. Enable your anti-virus software after creating the exclusion.

  7. Launch Examplify again.
