I cannot add t-accounts to my course. What should I do?

Temporary accounts - e.g. t0123456 - are not synced to Canvas, so they cannot be added to courses.

Please ask the person you are trying to add to your course for his/her personal email address, then:

1. Create a non-NUS Canvas account (login to Canvas required to access this link).

2. Add this newly-created non-NUS account to your course in People.
