Log in page cannot load - This site can't be reached error (staff/visitors)

If you encounter the following error message when accessing Canvas:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://www.nus.edu.sg/canvas/login/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Please take the following steps:

1. Please clear your web browser's cookies and cache (all time/all history, if necessary), restart the browser and try again. If this fails, repeat the process, but reboot your computer before restarting the browser, then try again. Instructions differ based on operating system and web browser. This third party site has instructions for common combinations of operating systems and web browsers: https://clear-my-cache.com . You may also try a different web browser or use an incognito/private window in your browser to see if it resolves your issue.

3. If you are able, please take the following steps to report the issue:

   1. Windows:

      1. Press the Windows key + R simultaneously to open the Run dialog box.

      2. Type cmd in the text field.

      3. Type the following command, press enter, and take a screenshot of the output:
         curl ip-adresim.app

      4. Type the following command, press enter, and take a screenshot of the output:
         nslookup www.nus.edu.sg

   2. Mac

      1. In the Applications folder, look for Utilities, then Terminal.

      2. Open Terminal.

      3. Type the following command, then press enter:
         curl ip-adresim.app

      4. Take a screenshot of the output.

      5. Type the following command, then press enter:
         nslookup www.nus.edu.sg

      6. Take a screenshot of the output.

4. Create a ticket and send the information collected above.
