Videos/Panopto


 What are Videos/Panopto?

Videos/Panopto are where you upload videos to Canvas. Using the Panopto software, you can create simple screen recordings which are automatically uploaded to the Videos/Panopto section in your Course. If students need to submit videos as an assignment, you can set up Videos/Panopto assignment folders to receive their video submissions.

Closest LumiNUS equivalent: Multimedia (MediaWeb)

Videos uploaded to Videos/Panopto will be available for student viewing immediately after the videos are processed. If you do not want to make the videos immediately available to students, you can change your folder settings to Never.
