Why can't my students access the Turnitin submission folder in IVLE? (Instructor)

There are several possibilities:

1. Your Feedback Release Date is set before the Start/Opening Date.
   

   You receive an error similar to:
   Sorry, we could not process your request.

   Turnitin assignment could not be created.
   date_post - post date must be after start date
   
   You can rectify this by editing the Folder Open Date in IVLE to an earlier date.
   
   
2. Check the Accessible To setting in the folder's settings in Files.
   Check the options as necessary.
   
   
3. If you are using PeerMark, your Feedback Release Date for the PeerMark assignment is before the Feedback Release Release Date of the assignment folder.
   You can rectify this by editing the Feedback Release Date of the assignment to just after normal submission closes.
