2. Click Navigation on the right panel
3. Scroll down and click on the app, such as LiveSafe or Total Protection.
4. On the left menu, click the My Protection.

1. Click on the Add file button under Excluded Files and add the following three files:
   
   1. C:\Program Files\Examsoft\Examplify\Examplify.exe
   2. C:\Program Files\Examsoft\Examplify\Services\Examsoft.SoftShield.exe
   3. C:\Program Files\Examsoft\Examplify\Services\Examsoft.SoftShield.exe.config
