With this "Transform CSV For Import" functionality, teachers can simply upload the CSV with matriculation numbers and marks, and it will transform the file into the format that Canvas needs. 

When using this functionality, please ensure that your imported CSV is in the below format:. You may also download the template.

Steps

  1. Go to Grades on the course navigation.

  2. Download the template and amend the CSV.

  3. Click on Transform CSV For Import button, and upload your CSV. It will download the transformed CSV.

  4. Click on Actions dropdown and click on Import. Upload your transformed CSV.
