  • This can be useful to allow another user to manage the administrative side of the meeting, such as muting participants or starting/stopping the recording.

Alternative host option allows you to schedule meetings and designate another Licensed user on the same account to start the meeting if you are unable to.

  • The alternative Alternative host will need to use the Start Meeting button/link in the email.

Scheduling privilege is designed to be used when someone else will do the scheduling; like an Executive Admin or Secretarial Duties:

  • Assign or delegate a user or multiple users in your account Scheduled host should first assign or grant a user permission to schedule meetings on your behalf.
  • To schedule meetings Scheduler to create new meeting on behalf of a user (or multiple users) that has assigned you scheduling privilege.
  • Scheduled host will not have access to Polling feature
