Security Button (in-meeting security options)

• Once you have started the Zoom meeting, click on Security Button Image Added.
  
  
• Select/unselect the relevant options. What each option does:
  1. Lock MeetingCheck to lock the meeting, prevent : Prevents new participants from joining the meeting.Uncheck to unlock the meeting and allow participants to join the meeting.
  2. Enable Waiting RoomCheck to enable : Enables Waiting Room to hold  for incoming new participants or to move current participants into the Waiting Room.Uncheck to disable Waiting Room and allow participants to join the meeting room directly.
  3. Hide Profile Pictures
  4. Check to hide Profile Pictures of participants from being displayed to other participants.
  Uncheck to allow Profile Pictures of participants to be displayed to other participants: Hide all profile pictures, including the host. Display names are shown instead.
  5. Share ScreenCheck to allow : Allows participants to start  share screentheir screens.Uncheck to only allow host(s) to share screen.
     
  6. Chat
  7. Check to allow participant to use the text chat functions. You can add restriction so participants to only chat with Host(s) in Chat Panel.
  Uncheck to prevent participant from using Chat: Allows participants to use the text chat function.
  8. Rename themselvesCheck to allow : Allow participant to rename themselves.Uncheck to prevent participant from renaming themselves.
     
  9. Unmute themselvesCheck to allow : Allow participant to unmute their mic themselves.Uncheck to prevent participant from unmuting their mic themselves.
  10. Start VideoCheck to allow : Allow participant to start sending their webcam videoUncheck to prevent participant from sending their webcam video
  11. Share Whiteboard: Allows participants to share whiteboards.
  12. Suspend Participant Activities
      All video, audio, in-meeting chat, annotation, screen sharing, and recording during that time will stop, and Breakout Rooms will end.
