Only the Smart Recording feature is made available for NUS at the moment.
It is only made available if session is recorded to the cloud, and in English only.

Meeting coach currently does not support the content region setting selected in Singapore.
Other AI companion features are currently excluded for EDU customers until legal / compliance requirements are met.

Smart Recording provides:

  1. SummaryRecording Highlights: Zoom will automatically highlight the most important parts of the recording. Hosts can adjust the highlights as needed and share the video summary with users.
  2. Smart Chapters: Zoom will automatically group sections of the recording into chapters with an overview. Hosts can edit the chapters manually.
  3. Next Steps: Zoom will automatically summarize any actions to take after the recorded session. Hosts can edit the next steps manually.


To enable Smart Recording if it's not:

  1. Sign in to NUS Zoom web portal: https://nus-sg.zoom.us
  2. On the left navigation menu, click Settings.
  3. Click the Recording tab.
  4. Click the Cloud Recording toggle to enable or disable it.

  1. In the Advanced cloud recording settings section, select the check box next to Create audio transcript to enable it, then click Save to confirm the change.
  2. Click the AI Companion tab.
  3. Under Recording, select the Smart Recording with AI Companion toggle.
  4. (Optional) Select or clear any of the following check boxes as desired.
    • Create recording highlights: Zoom will automatically highlight the most important parts of the recording. Hosts can adjust the highlights as needed and share the video summary with users.
    • Create smart chapters: Zoom will automatically group sections of the recording into chapters with an overview. Hosts can edit the chapters manually.
    • Create next steps: Zoom will automatically summarize any actions to take after the recorded session. Hosts can edit the next steps manually.
    • Meeting coaching: Zoom will provide additional analytics on key meeting and conversation factors, including talk speed, talk-listen ratio, longest spiel (or monologue), filler word usage, and patience. 
      Note: If you clear all the check boxes, Smart Recording will be disabled.
