By Default both TV will display PC.

For Laptop, connect the HDMI cable labelled "To TV 1 & 2".

1) To have different source concurrently, connect the HDMI cable labelled "To TV 2".

Then select Visualizer.

Return to default by selecting Cynap system.

2) To mute and unmute ceiling mic. To adjust PC and mic volume.

(Pendant mic volume can also be adjusted by the up/down arrow button on it)

3) To enable/disable auto tracking for lecturer and student camera.

4) To turn On/Off Lecturer and group TV.

5) To turn Off the system after use


To Use As Whiteboard

1) Tap on the TV screen, tap the + button then select Whiteboard.


To Assign Lecturer display to group display/ group display to lecturer display.

2) Tap on the TV screen, tap the button and the following screen will appear. Tap and drag the Lecturer display (yellow circle) to the group display you want (White circle).

You can also assign group display to lecturer display by dragging the White circle to the Yellow circle.

3) After assign, tap on the arrow.

Group To Group

Assign Individual Group’s Source (TOP Row) to individual Group TV. Any Source can be assigned to individual Group TV concurrently.

  • Go to Video Settings.
  • Set ”Camera” to Logitech Screen Share.
  • Check ”HD”.

Zoom Audio Setting

  • Go to Audio Settings.
  • Set “Speaker” to Select “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone” for both Microphone and Speaker.Set “Microphone”toEcho Cancelling Speakerphone.
  • Select “INOGENI CAM230” for Camera.

(Use the microphone provided in the room)

For Laptop User

  • Connect HDMI and USB cable to your laptop for projection and recording.
  • Select “Echo Cancelling Speakerphone” for both Microphone and Speaker.
  • Select Laptop on the touch screen for projection.INOGENI CAM230” for Camera.

To Use As WhiteBoard

1) Press the icon on the TV display.

2) Select WhiteBoard. 


NOTE: To go back to Powerpoint Presentation, REPEAT Step 1 and then select HDMI 1.
