Go to CTLT Service Desk.

  1. Enter your NUS-ID email address, ending in @nus.edu.sg (staff and visitors) or @u.nus.edu (students).
    Do not use your friendly-mail alias.
    Alumni and non-NUS users should redirect their support queries to itcare@nus.edu.sg .

  2. Click Next.

  3. Click Continue with Atlassian account.

  4. Enter your NUS-ID email address.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Staff - Enter your NUS-ID in this format: nusstf\abcdef
    Students - Enter your NUS-ID or your NUS-ID email in this format: e1234567@u.nus.edu

  7. Click Sign in.

  8. You will be prompted to use Microsoft Authenticator for MFA.

  9. Choose whether to stay signed in or not.
