Log in to CTLT Service Desk

Go to CTLT Service Desk.

1. Enter your NUS-ID email address, ending in @nus.edu.sg (staff and visitors) or @u.nus.edu (students).
   ^{Do not use your friendly-mail alias.
   Alumni and non-NUS users should redirect their support queries to itcare@nus.edu.sg .}

2. Click Next.

   Open

   

    

3. Click Continue with Atlassian account.

   Open

   

    

4. Enter your NUS-ID email address.

5. Click Next.

   Open

   

    

6. Staff - Enter your NUS-ID in this format: nusstf\abcdef
   Students - Enter your NUS-ID or your NUS-ID email in this format: e1234567@u.nus.edu

7. Click Sign in.

   Open

   

    

8. You will be prompted to use Microsoft Authenticator for MFA.

   Open

   

    

9. Choose whether to stay signed in or not.

   Open

   

    

10. You are logged in to CTLT Service Desk.

    Open
