To make your Syllabus visible to non-enrolled students before the term starts to support students them during the MODREG course registration exercise, the following settings will need to be configured.

Using these settings, non-enrolled students will only be able to the module’s syllabus information page. Regardless course’s Syllabus (accessed from the course navigation menu). This is regardless of whether the term date is set in the future or has already passed.
Do note, the Syllabus information will still be visible to non-enrolled students.

if some students cannot view the Syllabus but others can, it is likely the affected students have chosen to hide course navigation links. Steps for them to resolve this.
