Add Teacher to closed/past course

Info
  1. Courses that are closed (i.e. past the End date in Course Settings) are in read-only mode.

  2. NUS Tools allows you to add a Teacher to a closed/past course.

    1. As all roles are in read-only mode in past courses, there is only one standard role for users added to past courses: the Teacher role. S/he cannot modify the past course.

  3. You will need to have a Teacher-based role in the past course or be a Canvas department representative/unit admin to do this.

  1. Click the three dots on the right.

  2. Click Add Teacher.

  5. Select the relevant person (there may be more than one result).

  6. Click Add Teacher.
