Swap pre-allocated lecture

Rounds 0-3

Please drop the module directly in ModReg and select your preferred lecture group in Select Modules. It will be allocated to you subject to priority scoring and available quota. Do not use the appeal in ModReg: "Change Admin Allocated Class".

After Round 3

Please register for it in Select Modules if it is available there. It will be allocated to you subject to priority scoring and available quota.

Submit ModReg Appeal: "Unable to Secure Module"

Re-declared Engineering major after modules were pre-allocated

For students who only declare your Engineering major after 16th July 2022:

  1. Look up your recommended schedule for the new major.
  2. Check if the allocated common modules remain the same
  3. Otherwise, drop and resecure the correct set of modules during the ModReg Select Modules rounds (for GEA1000 and DTK1234, submit an appeal in ModReg)
Late admission

For students who only complete Registration Part 1 after 16th July 2022:

  1. Complete your declaration in Academic Plan Application / Declaration
  2. Look up your recommended schedule for your major.
  3. Secure the correct set of modules during the ModReg Select Modules rounds (for GEA1000 and DTK1234, submit an appeal in ModReg).

Notes:

1. Workload waiver and other appeal types are available in ModReg. Please refer to the relevant category and timelines. Appeals via email will not be entertained if the appeal type is covered in ModReg. 

2. Lectures, tutorials and labs pre-allocated by the College of Design and Engineering Dean's Office are droppable by the student. However, please consider the impact on your study plan before dropping the module entirely. Students who wish to defer the module to another semester should note that priority is usually given to students following the recommended schedule.
