  1. To create a new recording,click on "Create" and select "Record a new session"
  2. Click on "Open Panopto" to launch the recorder. For new user who does not have panopto installed to your system, you may click on "Download Panopto" to install.

  3. This will bring you directly to the Panopto recorder

    2Change the name of the session to the title of your video


    3Ensure that the audio is set to the correct microphone source. If you are intending to show a webcam footage of yourself, you may turn on your webcam under "video"
    4Once ready click on record. You may click on pause(shortcut "F9" for windows, "Cmd+Option+P" for Mac). To stop the recording, click on stop (shortcut "F10" for windows, "Cmd+Option+R" for Mac

    Click on "Upload" to upload the content. To re-record the footage, you may press "delete and record again"

    Wait for the process to complete. Once it is ready you will be able to view your video from the folder
