  1. What is the Coursera Partner Consortium?
The Coursera Partner Consortium is a content-sharing initiative that makes it possible for Coursera partners (i.e., universities and non-profit industry partners that author content hosted on the Coursera platform) participating in the Consortium Programme to share open content with other participating partners.

  2. What content is available to NUS learners from participating partners in the Partner Consortium?
The catalogue of courses is now restricted to all open content from participating partners on the Coursera Platform made available for NUS.
Professional Certificate, University Certificate, MasterTrack™, and Degree content from Consortium Partners will not be included. Please note that the list of participating partners may change over time, which can affect the content that is available.

  3. Do I have to pay for these Coursera courses and Specializations offered as part of the Coursera Partner Consortium programme?
No. Access to these courses and Specializations is free and sponsored by NUS.

  4. Is there a limit to the number of courses I can take?
No. You can take as many courses as you wish at your own pace.

  5. Will I earn modular credits when I complete a course from a participating partner?
No. These courses and Specializations are offered as non-credit learning opportunities. You will earn certificates for completing the course but no modular credits will be awarded.

  6. Will I be reimbursed if I paid for a course?
No. Only enrol in courses that have indicated "Sponsored by National University of Singapore".

  7. I was being asked to pay for a course and was only offered a 7 days Free trial!
It could be due to one of the following reasons:
    1. You are on a different program (the default My Coursera), instead of NUS Learning Program.
Please click the toggle button on the top left corner. Toggle to NUS Learning program. If it says “My Coursera” it means you are on the non-enterprise platform. It should show a small NUS logo.
    2. These courses might have been offered by organizations not part of the Coursera Partner Consortium.

  8. I already have a Coursera account with a non-NUS email address. Can I access the courses and Specializations from participating partners using my non-NUS email address?
No. Only NUS email address will be accepted for enrollment into the NUS Learning Program. When you create a Coursera account using NUS email address, it will ask if you want to include your existing personal account.

  9. I am not sure how to use the Coursera platform. Where can I find help?
You can refer to this Coursera Guide. If you need assistance with Coursera platform, visit Coursera Help Center

  10. How can I keep access to my certificate after I graduate and don’t have access to my university email?
Besides downloading and sharing your certificates, after joining this program, we encourage you to add your personal email addresses to your account so that you can continue accessing your certificates after you graduate.
