Examplify login Issue

If you are being redirected to the ExamSoft home page (see image below).  



Option A:


Step 1. Please clear your browser cache (select 'All Time'). For detailed steps, please refer to this user guide.

Step 2: Go back to Examplify Authentication Pending window. 

Step 3: Click Launch buttons. 



Option B: 

Step 1: Go back to Examplify Authentication Pending window. 

Step 2: Click Copy Link  buttons. 



Step 3: Open incognito/private browser (how to turn on Incognito mode in your browser)

Then, 

  1. You will be prompted to sign in with email, phone or Skype; key in your NUS official email address (e.g. e0123456@u.nus.edu), then click 'Next'.

           
  2. Log in using your NUS official email address and password.

           

  3. Once the login is successful, you will see the Examplify dashboard where you can download and start exams.
