Q: What is the maximum file size I can upload on Teams?

 

A: Teams runs on a SharePoint Online backend for file sharing, SharePoint limitations apply to the Files section within a Team.

  • File upload limit (per file): 100GB
  • Storage limit for each team site: 25TB
