Q: What is the maximum file size I can upload on Teams?

 

A: Teams runs on a SharePoint Online backend for file sharing, SharePoint limitations apply to the Files section within a Team.

  • File upload limit per file: 250GB
  • Storage limit per team (i.e. per SharePoint site): 25TB
