Read.ai participant would have been was added by a meeting participant with a Read.ai account to the meeting. Additional security steps can prevent read.ai from joining:

Once read.ai participant joins the meeting, it will request host for permission to record the meeting locally to the computer. If host(s) approves (or account is set to auto-approveto allow Record to Computer), then read.ai will be able to record and produce to generate the meeting notes.
