Read.ai in your Zoom Meeting

You may be here to find out why there was a participant named read.ai in a Zoom meeting you have joined or hosted.

Read.ai participant was added by a meeting participant with a Read.ai account to the meeting. Additional security steps can prevent read.ai from joining:

Requiring Authentication to Join
Enabling Waiting Room

Once read.ai participant joins the meeting, it will request host for permission to record the meeting locally to the computer. If host(s) approves (or account is set to allow Record to Computer), then read.ai will be able to record to generate the meeting notes.

All participants can type commands in the chat to disable Read.

To get Read to leave the meeting and delete all measured data	Opt Out
To get Read to leave the meeting and generate a report based on the data measured before this command	Read Stop

You can check the Chat window to know which participant is responsible for adding read.ai.
