Email address not displayed in attendance report
As part of Zoom's continuous efforts to implement best-in-class privacy and security practices for all users, starting March 1, 2022 Zoom will remove email addresses for users flagged as guests.
March 2022: FAQ on reporting changes – Zoom Support
Guests are participants or attendees who are external users and are not Signed In with NUS Zoom account.
If the meeting is set to require Authentication to Join, and the NUS participants email address are still not reflected, do remind them to Sign In to Zoom with SSO, company domain: nus-sg
Do note, email address of Guest participants will still be displayed for the following cases:
- For meeting and webinars which required registration.
- If the host provided the participants' email to Zoom in the following ways:
- The participant was added to the calendar invitation/event via one of Zoom’s calendar integrations (Outlook or Google Calendar).
- The participant was authenticated by a profile configured for external authentication using Single Sign On.
- The participant’s email was entered when adding an authentication exception.
- The participant’s email was entered via Breakout Rooms assignment.
- The host imported a CSV file of panelists and registrants for a webinar.
- The host added the participant as an interpreter in the schedule scheduler.
- The host added the participant as an alternative host when scheduling a meeting.
