Can we install Zoom Rooms?

To set up your Zoom Rooms software

• PC/Mac - system requirements. 
• Download Zoom Rooms for Conference Room and install on your macOS or Windows computer.
• Download Controllers for Zoom Rooms and install on your iOS Controller
• There will be some Pairing Code between device and controller.
  
  

The PC/Mac will now be an Unlicensed Zoom Rooms. CIT do not provide Zoom Room License at the moment.
You can still use the Unlicensed Zoom Rooms:

1. Can join meetings which don't require authentication.

2. Display name during meeting is Unlicensed Room. It will be seen in participants list during the meeting.
   

   Tip: Ask the Host to rename your Zoom Room once you are in the meeting.
   
3. Cannot Share Screen from Zoom Room
   Tip: Use another laptop to join meeting and Share Screen, but do not Join Audio on laptop.

4. Fits most departments which uses Zoom to mainly collaborate with external parties and meeting don't require authentication.

The following Zoom Room features are also not available::

1. Scheduling and Booking
2. Digital Signage
3. Kiosks deployment
