Zooming in from China
The following guide is for you or your participants, with problems joining in to a Zoom session from China. Generally, you should be able to join a Zoom session as it is.
It is possible though that some organizations and ISPs may have certain settings in place. Try resolving using different connections (including hotspot) first.

- Go to https://nusit.nus.edu.sg/eguides/
- Under 'At Home Computing', click on the icons on the right to download the nVPN Installer and user guide.
- Follow the steps in the user guide to install and configure nVPN.
- Below is how Pulse Secure looks like once you are connected to NUS VPN.
