Can I disable the One-click join URL?

You can disable the one-click to join URL if you prefer to provide the Meeting Passcode separately.

To disable it for your account (a one-time setup):

  1. Sign in to the NUS Zoom web portal.

  2. Go to Settings. https://nus-sg.zoom.us/profile/setting

  3. Use Ctrl+F or Cmd+F to find "one-click".

  4. Disable the option: "Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join"

The next time you schedule a new meeting, you will see a shortened invitation link without the encrypted password.
